Here are a few notes about registration:
- Due to the renovation of one of our residence halls, space is very tight this year. Thus, all advisors will need to stay off-campus again this year. Additionally, we have secured a block of rooms in the Clarion Inn (319) 277-2239 and at The Country Inn & Suites (319) 268-1800. I highly encourage you to contact either of these two location early as spaces may fill up very quickly. Clarion Inn provides the cheaper rate, but it is farther from campus than The Country Inn & Suites.
- All delegations are capped at a total of 13 on-campus delegates. This is to make sure that we have the opportunity for a wide variety of schools to attend.
- Our registration costs have been increased for this year. This is the first time in 5 years that rates for conference registration have increased. We made this decision taking into account inflation, increased speaker costs, and increased food cost. While we increased the costs, we made the decision to keep them within a reasonable place for schools of all budget sizes. Our registration cost for off-campus delegates, including advisors, is $80 per person, while the cost for all on-campus delegates is $100 per person.
- Please have at least one program proposal from your delegation. Based on feedback, we have kept the number of sessions and shortened them to 40 minutes. Please look at the Program Proposals page for further changes. Program proposals are due December 12, 2016.
This year we are going with crew neck sweatshirts for our trinket. We recommend ordering a size up since they are pre-shrunk.
Individual Registration Form
In addition to submitting the Group Registration Form online, please make sure to have each of your delegates (including advisors!) complete the Individual Registration Form. It is important to have each of your delegates carefully read the Release and Assumption of Risk--Alcohol and Drug Policy section of the form before signing.
Completed forms can be scanned and emailed as a group attachment (all of one delegations together) to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line, School Name, and Individual Registration Forms or you can hold on to them and turn them in during check-in come January. Every person must have one signed form to turn in.
