Register for the Conference
Registration opens October 1, 2019. We look forward to hosting you at our annual conference!
Here are a few notes about registration:
- All delegations are capped at a total of 13 on-campus delegates. This is to make sure that we have the opportunity for a wide variety of schools to attend.
- Our registration cost for off-campus delegates, including advisors, is $90 per person, while the cost for all on-campus delegates is $110 per person.

Our standard housing accommodation includes spaces within lounges with community bathrooms on the floor. If you need anything beyond this, please list in the delegation registration form and we will attempt to accommodate as much as we are able. A conference representative will attempt to reach out to those requiring such accommodations prior to the conference.
Individual Registration Form
In addition to submitting the Group Registration Form online, please make sure to have each of your delegates (including advisors!) complete the Individual Waiver Form. It is important to have each of your delegates carefully read the Release and Assumption of Risk--Alcohol and Drug Policy section of the form before signing.
Completed forms can be emailed as a group attachment (all of one delegations together) to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: "School Name, Individual Registration Forms" or you can hold on to them and turn them in during check-in in January. Every person must have a signed form to turn in.
