IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HILLSIDE COURT APARTMENTS

Hillside Court Apartments will no longer be available to lease after May 31, 2018. These apartments are in need of significant costly repairs in order to maintain them as viable housing for students. Consequently they are scheduled to be torn down after the 2017-2018 academic year.

We hope students currently living in Hillside Court Apartments will take advantage of the benefits of living on campus in alternative housing accommodations next year. Regardless of where students live, the cost of living on campus includes all utilities, cable television, internet service, laundry machine service, furnishings (except Jennings Court Apartments) and assistance from live-in staff 24/7/365.

Below is important information related to current lease holders, vacating Hillside Court Apartments and securing alternative housing accommodations to meet student needs going forward.
